Sternal Needle Holder is designed to be used as a needle holder with sizes 5-0 and smaller suture, but can be utilized in wire twisting as well as other situations. The needle holder has ring handles and straight jaws for superior control and leverage. It features tungsten carbide inserts on the jaws to increase strength and durability. This needle holder is made of operating room grade stainless steel, is crafted by experienced instrument makers in Germany, and is polished to a dull satin finish to reduce glare.

Titanium Microvascular Needle Holder is crafted for use in a variety of cardiothoracic surgical procedures in which precise needle handle is necessary such as in microvascular interventions. This needle holder features ring handles for manual handling as well as a ratcheting mechanism for creating and sustaining a particular level of tension. Additionally, this instrument is formed from titanium making it stronger and lighter than it’s stainless steel counterparts as well as having jaws with metallurgically bonded tungsten carbide particles further reinforcing their strength.
